Unable to install printer?

I am installing an amt accel 535 printer for a client and for some reason when you try to install the printer it give us a error message when we click on finish that says "Unable to install printer. Operation could not be completed." I am logged on as administrator and am running Windows 2000. Every other kind of printer will install without any issues. If anyone has any suggestions that would be great.
