Need help with Batch Files

I need help creating a batch file i need to create one that does the following

runs 3 other batch files that i have created called disptext, backfile and renfile one after another. if disptext does not run properly then backfile and renfile should not be run and if backfile does not run propery then renfile should not be run.

if anyone could gimme the code for that id be pleased! :/
