Back office 2003 problem

I am trying to backup the office 2003 CD I and to insert the PID inside the setup.ini file and everytime I copy it back the CDROM have difficulties reading the cab files, or other files. I tired it on different CDROM's it does the same thing, I have waisted over 8 CD's so far with no luck.

I tired creating ISO from the CD then used WinISO to edit the setup.ini then put it back inside the ISO image and burn it , did not work.

Other thing I did the old copy and paste method then burn it back after editing it, still did not work.....

What am I doing wrong here?
