Win 2k clock problems

my system clock, under win 2k ONLY, doesn't update and loses about 15-20 min per hour. In other operating systems it works just fine. There is no problem with cmos batery because when it is turned off the clock works fine.

Does anyone knows what's the problem ?

I suspect a bad device driver that prevents normal functioning of the clock. Can you tell us more about your config?

Also, try updating drivers.
