Question in Windows XP Multilingual User Interface

I have a trouble setting Regional Settings, not Keyboard layouts.

They don't depend on each other, do they?

I've tried everything found in forums, either here or at Russian UA Windows site forums. Nothing helped. USA rules the world!

I'll try the method you've suggested.

I've exported those three paths, and edited registry hives inf-s accordingly to apply my settings by default.

We'll see how it'll work in an hour
