Is there any way to print exact date range in Outlook 2013 Calendar?

Seems impossible. Ok, Calendar has to print complete weeks -- but I can't get it to print *specific* weeks.

I've attached the result of telling Outlook to print the range Mon 2 Sept - Sun 6 Oct. An extra week (Mon 7 - sun 13 Oct) is printed.

I've tried the 'print exactly one month per page' option but it doesn't help. It's driving me mad! What's the trick? Thanks!
