Execution Order Problem

Hello there,

I got a little problem with my unattended installation. Except a few issues, everything works fine. My problem is this:

I'm using the RunOnceEx-method. I've done [GuiRunOnce] before with the same result.

When WinXP finally starts up, my start scripts (entered in RunOnceEx) resolve. This happens before window has placed final registry entries and desktop links. Thus not all of my tweaks are successful, e.g. I'm deleting some unnecessary links from Start Menu and some registry entries. This is because Windows enters these items just after my "deletion". Is this a known problem? Are there workarounds?

According to the examples on the unattended guide on this Webpage, it should work.

I noticed another strange behaviour. One of the commands in RunOnceEx enters a tool to RunOnce. This tool starts up just after, but RunOnce is supposed to be started before RunOnceEx! (see: Windows startup order)
