SB Live: no sound in Win3.1 or DOS

I have an SB Live sound card and loaded the DOS emulation driver in real DOS and it works beautifully, but when I go into Windows 3.1, nothing. There is a reference to the file here:

Any ideas?

I may have spoke too soon, the software I was using to listen to music may have take care of sound for me.

Edit: My apologies, It was the software I was using, otherwise no sound in DOS either.
