Winpe 4.0 and "EC" slot

I am trying to make WinPE image and need it to identify external Device thats driver are installed and I included them in the image, But I don't know how to make the computer identify my device that is connected through 'EC" Express Card slot

Have any one tried such a thing any suggestion on how to make it work, I have the device driver included in the image but it seems to me that the winPE can't see the device

Please help
