Switch or move corner hot spots? Possible?

I'd like to move or SWITCH the upper left hot corner (Switch List) with the lower left hot corner (Start Metro). Can this be done? I place the taskbar at the top of the screen (apple style) but hate having to travel down to switch between metro and the desktop.
