i am looking for the following

Microsoft .net Framework 3.0 + all updates integrated

Microsoft .net Framework 3.5 + all updates integrated

Microsoft .net Framework 4.0+ all updates integrated

i use windows 2008 server / not R2 version

i am haiving to install the updates x2 times before its installed properly

can anyone help on this issue

my current updates are run using install.bat for example

Start /wait %cdrom%\sources\$oem$\post\dotnetfx35\NDP35SP1-KB963707-x86.exe /q /norestart

even after a system reboot this update still needs to be installed via Windows update

You don't need Framework 3.0 separately. It is included in Framework 3.5.
