gnuwin32 egrep and pcre3.dll

Hello,

I downloaded egrep from gnuwin32 grep 2.5.4 package and the program requires pcre3.dll. I have Win XP SP3 but no pcre3.dll. I searched internet for this file, but dont know where to get it (some secure place).
