Unattended joystick installation

Hello,

Is there any way to add joystick controller (2-axis, 2-button) in unattended way in working Windows XP (SP3)?

For specific reason I need to update about 700 PCs to have joystick present in system, but it seems that the only way is adding it by GUI.

The most preffered way would be command line. Registry update would also be solution.
