Adding to existing RT project and rebuilding image?

Ok, so now Ive had a dry run of RT and integrated updates etc.. I want to go back and start tweaking and adding further bits to it.. Do I have to essentially start again, or are all the changes I had made saved in the OS path, and I can simply add changes to it and create a new ISO? So in a month or two's time, can I simply add any further msu to the build?

I also ntoice using RT gobbles up a lot of disk space! The RT_Mount folder was ove 10gb at one point.. whats the purpose of this??
