Need help/ suggestion to resolve loading winpmc.sys driver in windows 7

Winpmc.sys for matlab 2008b was created using Papi 3.7.2, windows Driver kit 7600.16385.1 and DDK build.

I am trying to load winpmc.sys driver using the following commands in the command window

1. ntaddsvc winpmc

2. net start winpmc

system error 1275 has occured and this driver has been blockd from loading

Can anyone suggest way around to this problem

Have you put the system into test signing mode and signed the driver with a test cert first?
