Run tasklist.exe and taskkill.exe in Windows PE 3.0

Hello. I am trying to run taskkill.exe and tasklist.exe in Windows PE. If I copy taskkill.exe and tasklist.exe onto my flash drive and try to run them, I get an error message saying that the file "framedynos.dll" is missing. So I put this file into the same directory on my flash drive as taskkill.exe and tasklist.exe and I don't get an error message, but the programs seem to not work. Is there another .dll file that I am missing or something or is Windoes PE just not designed to run these programs?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Winpe wasn't designed to run those but you could add the files and the needed reg entries but it might take a little time.

If you don't want to go this way, you could try pslist and pskill from the Microsoft pstools.
