batch script for Automation

Hi All,

We have some customers.We will receive some tickets from them to resolve with priorities(low/medium/high).Once receive tickets from those customers we will start working on that.if it is resolved then we will close that ticket else it would be in open stage.

Here some jobs got scheduled in particular timing.Everyday it will run at that time only. If the batch got failed then we will receive above mentioned failere messages as tickets.

after completing all these process we are generating Monthly Reports in Excel manually for different customers as

Date|| Start_time||Endtime||closed(Yes/No)||batch_name

is there any possibilty to write automation batch script , once we receive tickets from those clients the ticket directly goes to that particulat customer excel list ( once it goes to the list we will resolve those issue). After completion/still not resolved need to generate monthly report as mentioned above.
