kncxv Posted July 2, 2011 Posted July 2, 2011 Hello I am having some problems with vista. I tried to install a driver for my 7960 hp printer and they don't have a driver for that model, so I install a different one for it. well it ask me to restart the computer, so I did and now the computer will not start. It said bootmgr is compressed press ctrl, alt, delete to restart. What can I do to get this computer working again?
allen2 Posted July 2, 2011 Posted July 2, 2011 You'll need to repair your install with install dvd or use the alternate method.Most likely, you downloaded a virus or a malware instead of a driver.
