Change "Windows 7 Professional" to custom text

I just started to multiboot window 7 professional by using a boot manager and duplicating my original windows 7 Professional partition. One is my main "production" install and the others are for test purposes. To avoid any confusion, I would like to either add text like "Production" or replace the standard "Windows 7 Professional" text that appears at the bottom of the screen during the bootup process. I'm not interested in changing the screen background or the graphics.

How can I accomplish this?
