find out which registry is related to my windows option

I need to setup many machines so I have to a setup file or bath file instead of operation one by one.

Therefore, SPYME or ProcessMonitor can't show me the current or precise registry location for me, and so I don't know how to copy those setting config to all other machines.

BTW, I try ghost or WINPE may not help to save time because some machines have different cpu and motherboard, and drivers will be different as well.

Please some body help to find the way.

You could try installrite but i don't know if it runs on windows 7.

make 2 Registry snapshots with RegShot or Windows System State Analyzer and compare them. So you can see which registry setings are changed.
