I'm looking for a Windows 7 tweak that hide the control panel inside Windows Explorer (see here bellow image).

Control panel is hiden but All Control Panel Items is NOT.

Weird. Works for me, but I've also applied so many tweaks on my OS that I forgot what exactly was done. I also use Classic Shell to eliminate some annoyances.
