Pin to Start up Menu Script

Hi All,

I need to make Internet Explorer and other items appear in the start up menu. This needs to be applyed across 700 + machines, I know this is possible with a VB Script - but i have looked everywhere for the code and cannot find it.

Heres what we are running:

Server - Windows Server 2003

Client - Windows 7 Pro

Would be great if anyone could help.
