creatornaturluvr Posted May 7, 2011 Posted May 7, 2011 When I run setupmgr it works until I get to the the colors, resolution, and hertz screen. If I choose the defaults, I get a message saying that it isunable to process the timezone information. A message saying that the window has to close gets presented along with Send Error Message to Microsoft.Once I send a message to Microsoft, the window closes & I am unable to finish creating an unattended.txt file.Please advise.Thank you.By the way, I also get the same error when I run the setupmgr from SP3 deployment tools.
Guest Posted May 7, 2011 Posted May 7, 2011 This may not be much help but I kinda recall seeing a thread about same problem you are having. Don't know if it was ever resolved. So try searching.EDIT: I found it. Are you running it under Windows 7?

creatornaturluvr Posted May 8, 2011 Author Posted May 8, 2011 About a month or so ago, I had to run an exe from Microsoft to solve a Daylight Saving Time issue. Could that have anything to do with this?
