I have searched extensively on how to remove this for the default user but I have not come up with anything...

I'm currently installing it post OS installation. So I guess any reg tweak at CMD Lines stage will get overwritten when Windows Search is actually installed.

Note that I want Windows Search installed, just not the toolbar showing up on the desktop.
