Post install help needed

Hi all i have an unattended win7 working fine but how do i add my own apps to the install?

Read something about $OEM$\$$\ folder and SetupComplete.cmd but don't under stand were I put this or how to get it on the DVD.

I wonted to put my apps on the DVD and then have them installed silently, i have the switches but do not under stand how to implement them.

Could some one please give me some help please.
