wake up from standby when move the mouse

how can i make my desktop pc wake up from standby when i move the mouse?

It only works if you click the mouse. Moving it wont bring it out of standby.

it doesn't work either

the only way to wake it up is to click the power button of the PC case

any solution?

even waking up by mouse click would be ok

Go into device manager. Double click the mouse. Go to the power management tab. Check to see that allow this device to bring the computer out of standby is checked.

unfortunately there is no such option, the only close I see is this:

OK, I'm not sure what is going on but here's a few things to check.

Go back into device manager and under computer see if it's ACPI.

Check for instance, the keyboard, and see if it has a power management tab.

Did you by chance nLite the CD and remove something that could have removed power management features or perhaps gotten the CD from an untrusted source?

neither keyboard has power management tab!

I have not used nLite! :S
