Guest Posted January 24, 2011 Posted January 24, 2011 Go into device manager. Double click the mouse. Go to the power management tab. Check to see that allow this device to bring the computer out of standby is checked.

Guest Posted January 24, 2011 Posted January 24, 2011 (edited) OK, I'm not sure what is going on but here's a few things to check.Go back into device manager and under computer see if it's ACPI.Check for instance, the keyboard, and see if it has a power management tab.Did you by chance nLite the CD and remove something that could have removed power management features or perhaps gotten the CD from an untrusted source?
