need help to learn about 7 zip (install)

i have tried too find information about 7 zip too greate a silent install for example. i found this http://www.ryanvm.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=67&highlight=zip+help+instruks but i dont understand how too do this coorect. i want too make netframework 1.1 whit update netframework 3,5 and netframework 4,0 can anyone help i dont understand this line if i make 1,1 netframework ;!@Install@!UTF-8!
