runonceex from cd

Hello, I am trying to find out where to save the Runceonceex.cmd file based on the cd method.

Do we save it in the $oem$ folders?

If so can we make it a place holder to install from a cmd file from the root of the cd. This way it saves space and helps with editing multiple copies of the same file.
