HowTo integrate Programs in an UnAttended Windows 7 ?

Hi and Hello

I try to make me an nice Windows 7 Professional Version ...

The Windows is running and now i want to integrate some Programs like Firefox an some others.

I dont want to use $OEM$ Directories ... i am using RT7Lite and i dont like the Post Installer.

Which choices i have to integrate the Programs ? Is there an Option to make it like XPlode (only for XP ) ?

Can anyone help me or give me some tipps ?
