Some of you may have already known this. Forgive me if its been brought up before. Today I discovered Office Live (They claim you must have at least XP) will work with Win98, KernelEx and Firefox 3.5.16 if you set up the extension UserAgentSwitcher properly:

I successfully created and modified a document and spreadsheet. I'm sure Microsoft will "fix" this if they get wind of it!
