Links Toolbar Drag&Drop NT6

Hi Folks,

For some time now I'm using the good old links toolbar (the one at the top from 9X and NT5) in Vista and 7 (NT6).

It behaves exactly the same as in NT5, apart from one feature: You can't create a new link by dropping an item on the toolbar.

I've searched NT5's registry for keys/values related to this toolbar and checked if they where missing in NT6's, and if so, ported them to NT6.

But until now, my quest was without success.

Does anyone have an Idea how to reenable this function?
