Windows Time Sync. Out Every day or two?

Why do I get this error about every 2 days? "The time service has not been able to synchronize the system time for 49152 seconds because none of the time providers has been able to provide a usable time stamp. The system clock is unsynchronized."

I use time.windows.com and have tried the other one also. But neither seem to keep the correct internet time Sync. Does it really matter since this is a Home Computer? Thanks.....

Since it is a home computer, you don't need to be in perfect sync with a time source and you'll have to set time manually from time to time.

But if you want to sync your home computer with a time server, you'll have to find a suitable internet time server (might be your internet provider one) and then set it in windows.

The time won't synchronize if your clock is farther than a set amount of seconds wrong compared to the time source (skew), so if the skew is more than (for example) 5 minutes, it may not synch and throw that error. If your time really is skewing that far over the course of just 2 days, it might be worth looking at your CMOS battery in the BIOS to see what time the BIOS says it is on reboot, as Windows uses this (partially) to determine and try to keep time.
