WINNTBBU.DLL Error

I recently downloaded and utilised Ogre's WINNTBBU files and they worked fine until i had to do a update of my XP ISO by adding the amended Cumlative patch and a few tweaks using XPinstall, now whenever the Matrix theme loads in the background all i get instead of the text is the Hex header 3g 3f etc etc, anyone come across this before or knows what would cause it, it only seems to affect the system i use at work to build Images, my home image is fine..????

P.S i just thought, i also renamed the original winntbbu.* files to winntbbuold.* i will remove them from the iso when i get back into work and see if that has any effect.
