Standard logon picture if DontDisplayLastUserName = 1

Hi,

how can I set a standard logon picture if I applied

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System]

"DontDisplayLastUserName"=dword:00000001

Currently my logon screen shows a blank picture with picture frame. But as I saw here* a customized standard picture could be possible as well.

Does anybody know how this can be done?

Edit: *Ups, I see the "Switch User" Button...
