Server 2003 reinstallation

Hi all,

Is there any way to reinstall server 2003 and restore some of the previous settings? I am having problems with the server (windows server 2003) and I think the only way to solve it is a fresh install. But my network has 30 client computers and users. There are many policies for sharing files and folders. So is it possible to save some of the settings that exist now, maybe using a third-party software, and then after reinstallation, to restore the saved settings (active directory, group policies etc)?

Also, are there any tools that can be used to take a complete copy of the current OS disk so that if a problem occurs, I can use that disk to start the server again?

I am also using mdaemon email server which updates the email user accounts from the active directory...

Thanks :)
