A problem with microsoft office access was communicating with OLE serv

I just installed Office 2007 and I get this error whenever I start MS Access 2007.

"A problem occured while Microsoft Office Access was communicating with the OLE server or ActiveX Control,there is no

antivirus installed in system,office 2003 also same problem,the database contains picture and arabic writings,unicode is us english,please give a solution.
