Win7 installation freeze after loading files..

Hello,

I wanted to make an integrated copy of win7,so I installed a normal one into a virtual machine and finally run the rt7lite to make my copy.everything ok with the integration and the .iso file of the new copy.But when I boot from the new copy (virtual dvd) to do a clean install,the system freezes at the windows logo after loading file procedure.Anyone experienced a problem like this ?Any ideas/suggestions ??
