Problem with Outlook 2007 Calendar

Hi

I have a problem with the Outlook 2007 calendar. In 2003 calendar there wasn't any problem. But in 2007 the behind code time:

DTSTART:20100907T070000Z

DTEND:20100907T090000Z

But it seems in calendar interface:

Start Time: 08:00

End Time: 10:00

I checked the time zone settings of my outlook. There is no problem. Can anyone help me with this?
