Cool Edit Pro v2.1 unattended

Hi Fellas I'm trying to get this program to install silently and unattended, while the /s switch works it just leaves the setup process in a loop doing nothing consuming 50% cpu. I have a feeling it's looking for a config file with the serial and name fields data. Has anyone successfully silently installed this program? What switches are there and how does the config file look?
