list styles in ms word

hello

in "list styles" of ms word 2003, if I set multilevels, how do I pass to the next level? eg, if I have set 1st level like "1. 2. 3." and second level as "a) B) c)" what do I type to make ms word realize that now I want to start " a) B) c) " ?
