HP PC RECOVERY PARTITION

Hi,

I have A HP Pc which was upgraded to windows 7 recently by one of the shops here. Now i want to reinstall back the original OS and the the F11 key is not working. But i still have the recovery partition with all those hidden files. i suspect that the shop technician copied some of the important file from the recovery partiton to drive c, avoid us doing the recovery by ourself. And somemore i found a "hp" folder in the drive c contains "bin" and "recovery" inside the recovery folder i found the mbr.dll, mbr and windows 7 upgrade text file. Inside the "bin" folder there is alot of file one of them is HPBI application file, the problem is where do i locate this files in teh recovery partition ? so that i can recover my pc... thank you.
