I do not know, and could not find that in either Control Panel's Power Option or System. Does anybody know what "Full Information During Shutting Down" references (regkey or option setting somewhere)? Thank you.

This may be helpful in troubleshooting slow startup, shutdown, logon, or logoff behavior. I believe this tweak is normally available through Gpedit.msc.
