baked00
Making a multi-boot AIO dvd according to the guide@ flyakite.msfn.org, using unattended install.I get to Windows Setup stage, then I format disk, Windows begins to copy files.Setup stops with error "Setup cannot copy file: xxxx.xxx". About 35 files cannot be copied.I find some of the files in I386 source compressed like "nhelper.ex_, iastor.sy_". Some files are also found in $WIN_NT$.~LS source. Install source was "nlited" if that makes a difference. The original source installs fine (with no errors) from regular dvd install method.Boot files folder (TOW1) is present with winnt.sif & edited setupldr.bin.I have tried to remake from scratch several times with the same result. Have googled without good results. Searched thru other guides & this forum to see what I am missing. Any help much appreciated. Guest
Did you hexedit any of the files with which you're having difficulty? Try using ModifyPE on them.

baked00
Thanks for your help. The link was useful for future. I rebuilt several times from beginning. I was getting several different errors at the same point in windows setup, cannot copy files, windows could not format the drive, could not verify drive blah blah. I gave it up for a few days. I rebuilt again its perfect. I still cannot verify what caused my problems. I suspect the cd\dvd drive not working correctly.
