Hello all! I am working on a Sony VGN-NR160E laptop with windows vista home premium with service pack two. i Just did a full system recovery from the recovery dvd's, and i am getting these " windows explorer has stopped working" on every third restart. The last thing that i installed was "Microsoft intellipoint drivers". i suspect it could be A Faulty Hard Drive or RAM. When i went into event viewer, it said that the program that crashed was "explorer.exe" and the file that caused it (i guess) was "ntdll.dll". What can i do to get rid of this problem for good??
