One of my friend told me that in their office pcs he is getting their registation info of windows i mean they are getting some organization of that, when he changed the wallpaper also it will comes same, can any one tell me how it is possible

I am not sure we understand you.

Are you saying:

The wallpaper cannot be changed?

Or

There is a overlay of information that always shows?

LOL. Try adding this registry entry and logging off, then log on. Or reboot instead of the log off/on nonsense.

I haven't seen anything like that. I don't know.

The information shown on the desktop by using the registry entry given above is stored in the NTOSKrnl.exe file—and NTKrnlMP.exe, NTKrnlPA.exe and NTKrPAMP.exe for systems supporting SMP, PAE or both. It can be changed by hexediting the file.
