Lexn Posted April 16, 2010 Posted April 16, 2010 HiWe got a school assignment where we have to make an unattended XP installation (virtual PC) and the client has to be added in the domain of a virtual Server 2008. Then the client has to get automatically 5 applications from the server and they have to be install silently on the client.Well I already made an unattended XP by fallowing the guide on the MSFN site but now I have configure my server and make him send and install the applications. How do I do that ? Is there a guide for that? Maybe with WPKG or some scripts?I can't find any good guides. Maybe someone knows one? I really need this.Thank you in advance.Alex

Receiving such help is often viewed as plagiarism in many schools, and therefore cannot be allowed. This is for your own protection in your academic career.Last:The only hint you'll get before I close this thread is that unattended installations using RunOnceEx work just fine from network shares, it doesn't need necessarily be a local install path.
