i cannot create folder nor rename it

whenever i try to create in some folder, it gives the following error.

i checked the path, its just not more than 100 character

eg:

c:\wamp\http\new filder2

here is i try to copy anything or try to rename it gives error....

I use WAMP and I don't have that problem. Are you using the latest version?

Also try to stop all the serives like MySQL, Apache, etc and see if you can create/rename folders in their path.

Look for hidden files/folders there too. Another thing you can try is to install it to a different path and see if that solves it.
