xp pro Fast User Switching black screen need help asap

i can log on any of my accounts just fine but when i swich users & log in to my other account ALL I GET IS A BLACK SCREEN WITH MOUSE! CANT CTLR+ALT+DEL

i ran dialafix tool >>>very good tool<<<

You didn't nLite anything, did you?

What does "SHIFT 5 TIME JUST MAKES A SOUND" mean -- is there a hardware error going on? Does Win + R bring up a runbox?
