Changing Language Nero 9 Start Smart?

I want to use Nero 9, the free version of Nero.

It only comes in 4 languages. I want a Dutch version. I searched a lot on the www but coulnd't find anything about changing languages.

Is it possible to download the english version and make it my own Dutch version? Is it legal? and how can I do that?

Just a simple script editor where I see the "words" and "text", change it in my own language? or is it a little more complicated?
