I need your advice creating a 7x64 UNA

Hi

I'm currently running vistax86 sp1 and I would like to make my own win7 UNA x64, if there is no problem mounting a x64 os image on a x86 os.

I browsed a few forums and found out that there are several methods to do so, for example using WAIK, 7customizer, vlite, winintegrator.

For example if I use 7customizer I think I will need the KB3AIK_FR.iso and run imagex, dism and oscdimg in x86 mode, right ?

Could you recommend me the best (painless ;-) )way, and could you give me some tips ?
